  • Workplace inclusion – fostering a culture of support and respect that encourages equity and supports diversity and personal health and safety.
  • Education & Accountability – continually educating ourselves in the areas of DEI and working to create and maintain a workplace that is free of discrimination. We hold ourselves accountable and embrace life-long learning and positive change.

We are committed to taking the following actions in support of an inclusive workplace:

  • Providing ongoing diversity, equity, and inclusion education and training to all employees.
  • Supporting the creation and operation of a DEI advisory panel comprising a diverse group of employees from all levels of the company.
  • Providing all employees with a safe forum for voicing concerns about diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workplace.
  • Supporting flexible work arrangements that accommodate the different needs of all employees.
  • Conducting periodic employee surveys to learn where there is room for growth.
