Workforce diversity – recruiting qualified candidates from underrepresented backgrounds to increase diversity of thought and experience, and to provide equitable opportunity.
Workplace inclusion – fostering a culture of support and respect that encourages equity and supports diversity and personal health and safety.
Education & Accountability – continually educating ourselves in the areas of DEI and working to create and maintain a workplace that is free of discrimination. We hold ourselves accountable and embrace life-long learning and positive change.

We are committed to taking the following actions in support of an inclusive workplace:

Providing ongoing diversity, equity, and inclusion education and training to all employees.
Supporting the creation and operation of a DEI advisory panel comprising a diverse group of employees from all levels of the company.
Providing all employees with a safe forum for voicing concerns about diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workplace.
Supporting flexible work arrangements that accommodate the different needs of all employees.
Conducting periodic employee surveys to learn where there is room for growth.
